In compliance with Law 1581 of 2012 which dictates: “the constitutional right of all persons to know, update and rectify the information that has been collected about them in databases or files”, and other rights, freedoms and constitutional guarantees referred to in Article 15 of the Constitution; as well as the right to information enshrined in Article 20 of the same; TECVAL S.A.S. will establish the following policies for the proper handling of sensitive information of its internal customers.
This constitutional right known as HABEAS DATA, gives citizens the ability to decide and control the information that others have about them and, in that order of ideas, the law 1581 of 2012 and its regulatory decree 1377 of 2013, enshrine mechanisms and guarantees that allow the full exercise of this right.
