This constitutional right known as HABEAS DATA, gives citizens the ability to decide and control the information that others have about them and, in that order of ideas, the law 1581 of 2012 and its regulatory decree 1377 of 2013, enshrine mechanisms and guarantees that allow the full exercise of this right.[\/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space]\n\t\t\t
